3 ADVANTAGES OF THE NEW INDUCTION COOKERS

In this article we want to present the main advantages of induction kitchen compared to gas kitchen, and the solutions we have studied for our customers.

  1. Faster cooking times

Induction technology boasts a very high productivity that allows you to switch from maximum power to immediate shutdown. The heat is distributed much more evenly. The boiling time for 1 liter of water is approximately 2 minutes, starting from a water temperature of 20 ° C and without a lid.

  1.  Technology available for cooking

The Induction Cooker is equipped with independent generators, 1 for each zone, to facilitate assistance and costs. If the plate is turned on without a compatible pan resting on it, or if it no longer detects a compatible pan, it shows the error (—) and resets the power supplied. The hotplate returns to deliver power, to the level set before switching off, if within 10 minutes it detects a compatible pan, otherwise it switches off.

Indirect cooking, delicate and long, is made easier by being able to select 14 power levels with ample modularity, especially at low levels, divided as follows: 0.5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100%.
