The superstructure consists of a slanted surface prepared for the insertion of basins equipped with a false perforated bottom, designed to contain the product to be fried as well as the fried product. The false perforated bottom maintains the specific fry flavour of the product longer and the product can be salted directly in these basins.
In the upper part of the superstructure, the top board used as a bearing surface features, in its lower part, a halogen light system (optional) that can be used, when necessary, to heat the fried food below.
The front side is equipped with a rail useful to hang tools and to protect the operator from the heat generated by the oil inside the basins.
Another important accessory is the analog thermometer on the control panel that measures the temperature of the oil in the basin in real time. This allows the operator to fry the products perfectly, without having to immerse the products in the basin when the oil is at optimal temperature.
The standard version also includes a basin with oil separation filter (per machine), a lid for the basin and a large basket for each basin.
