GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/strong><\/p>\n

These conditions replace in full any previous condition and agreement stipulated between the Buyer and the\u00a0Manufacturer. Any modifications to this contract will only be considered valid if they are made in writing and\u00a0countersigned by the manufacturer.<\/p>\n

CONFORMATION OF GOODS<\/strong><\/p>\n

a) the Manufacturer reserves the right to make any modifications to the goods in terms of materials or technical\u00a0specifications, without being obliged to notify the Buyer said modifications. This practice will have\u00a0no effect on the validity of the contract.
\nb) illustrations, photographs, descriptions and catalogues relating to the goods are understood to be general\u00a0indications and are not to be considered to limit or necessarily correspond to the actual appearance\u00a0of the products.<\/p>\n

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, DRAWINGS, PRINTED MATTER, ADVERTISING MATERIAL,<\/strong>
\nLEAFLETS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any material relating to the technical specifications, drawings, illustration or printed matter supplied by the\u00a0Manufacturer in relation to a quote or contract, will remain the property of the Manufacturer and must not be\u00a0modified or transferred to third parties without the latter’s consent.<\/p>\n

REGISTERED NAMES AND TRADE MARKS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Buyer agrees not to use names and trade marks that have been registered by Inox Bim on its own
\ngoods, property or advertising material unless expressly authorised to do so by the Manufacturer.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n

The goods travel at the Customer’s risk even when sold free to destination. The Recipient is therefore
\nresponsible for checking the state of the materials on delivery and for notifying the Shipping Agent of any\u00a0claims. The delivery terms are not to be considered mandatory, but only indicative. Any delays will therefore\u00a0not be considered to justify any renunciation or modification of the agreements indicated in the order.<\/p>\n

CLAIMS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Claims and complaints must be notified by post not later than 8 days from the date of receipt of goods.
\nReturned goods will not be accepted unless expressly authorised and delivered free to our warehouse.<\/p>\n

GUARANTEE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Manufacturer guarantees the goods for the duration of 1 (one) year from date of purchase. This guarantee\u00a0does not cover electrical parts, consumables and glass components.
\nShould the goods show severe damage that cannot be repaired on site by Inox Bim or by qualified technicians,\u00a0it must be returned to the Manufacturer.
\nThe Customer will pay shipping expenses, which will be reimbursed if the damage in question is found to\u00a0have been caused by the Manufacturer. If this is not the case these expenses will be charged to the\u00a0Customer.<\/p>\n

PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

a) No payment will be considered valid unless it is made directly to the address of the Manufacturer or an\u00a0agent for the latter who, on receipt of payment, will present due authorisation.
\nb) In the event of delayed payment, the Manufacturer will be entitled to apply the current commercial rate\u00a0of interest on sums due.
\nc) In the event of a controversy the Buyer is not entitled to delay or refuse payment of invoices due.
\nd) Sales with deferred payment are understood to be made by the Manufacturer conditionally to completion\u00a0of payment.<\/p>\n

JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of any controversy, the Court of competent jurisdiction will be that of RIMINI.<\/p>\n<\/div>
